GeekCast Radio Network, LLC Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GeekCast Radio Network, LLC’s websites, podcasts, voting and submission forms, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Advertising and Sponsorship

Our Services may include advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, and promotional messages.

• Ads may be dynamically inserted into podcasts through third-party providers (e.g., RSS.com) or delivered directly by The GCRN.

• Sponsored content will always be disclosed per FTC guidelines.

• Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.

• Inclusion of an ad or sponsor mention does not constitute endorsement by The GCRN or its hosts.

• The GCRN reserves the right to reject or remove any ad or sponsorship at our discretion.

4. User Submissions and Content License

The GCRN allows users to submit content, including but not limited to:

• Voice recordings,

• Comments,

• Votes for the Top 100 Animated Series Countdown,

• Guest appearances,

• Images, or other creative works.

By submitting content, you:

• Confirm you have the necessary rights to submit it.

• Agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material.

• Grant The GCRN a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, publicly display, and create derivative works from your submission in connection with our Services and promotional activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by The GCRN—including podcasts, branding, website design, graphics, and written materials—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use The GCRN’s trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The GCRN does not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted,

• Advertiser products or services will meet your expectations,

• Any content or data is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The GCRN shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits,

• Service interruptions,

• Issues with advertiser or sponsor products,

• Errors caused by third-party services such as RSS.com, Google Analytics, or merch platforms.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Weld County, Colorado for all disputes related to these Terms or our Services.

9. Changes to Terms

The GCRN may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
