TFG1MIKE 365 – 2024 Day 131 – The Story Artificial “Intelligence” Got Wrong!

Hello all and welcome to my continuing Daily Blog series from me TFG1Mike. This is TFG1MIKE 365!! And it The idea here is for me to write something, anything, once a day for 365 days. From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. It’s Day 131 features a story that ARTIFICAL “INTELLIGENCE” got wrong!

“The Funko Obsession”

“Mike was a man of many passions, but none burned as brightly as his love for Funko rewinds. His apartment was a veritable shrine to these miniature pop culture icons, with shelves overflowing with characters from movies, TV shows, and comic books.

Every morning, Mike would wake up to the sight of his beloved Funkos, NO ONE SHOULD CALL THEM FUNKOS!! But I am surprised that ChatGPT even got that term right! He meticulously arranged according to theme and rarity. He would spend hours browsing online forums, hunting for the latest releases and engaging in heated debates about the best Funko rewinds of all time. I would never have a Funko Rewind Collection. I don’t like the figures design at all. 

But as time went on, Mike’s obsession began to consume him. He stopped going out with friends, preferring instead to spend his evenings scouring flea markets and garage sales for rare Funkos to add to his collection. His bank account dwindled, but his passion only grew stronger.

One day, while browsing through an online auction site, Mike stumbled upon a listing for an ultra-rare Funko rewind that he had been searching for years. This sentence is wrong, because Funko rewinds have only been out a year or so as of this writing. They debuted in 2023, so I would have NOT been waiting “FOR YEARS“ Without hesitation, he placed a bid, ignoring the astronomical price tag. Weeks passed, and Mike’s anticipation reached a fever pitch as he awaited the arrival of his prized possession. Finally, the package arrived, and Mike eagerly tore it open, expecting to be greeted by the sight of his most coveted Funko rewind. But as he pulled back the layers of bubble wrap, his heart sank. What lay before him was not the rare Funko he had dreamed of, There’s NO WAY Funko Rewinds have a rarity yet!!! Only out a year from 2023-2024, and here’s hoping they DIE in 2024. but a cheap knockoff, hastily painted and poorly constructed. In that moment, Mike realized the folly of his obsession. He had sacrificed so much in pursuit of material possessions, only to be left feeling empty and disillusioned. With a heavy heart, he packed up his collection and donated it to a local children’s charity, hoping that his beloved Funkos would bring joy to others as they once had to him.

From that day forward, Mike vowed to pursue his passions in moderation, finding fulfillment not in the accumulation of possessions, but in the simple joys of life and the connections he shared with others. And though his Funko collection was gone, the lessons he had learned would stay with him forever.”

The end of the story is quite accurate, because I am in the middle of cutting my Funko Pop collection in half. I am and will only be keeping the characters I LOVE! That’s how I approach collecting Funko products.
