GeekCast Radio Network Celebrates 15 Years of Top 100 Animated Series with Interactive Anniversary Countdown

January 27, 2026 – The GeekCast Radio Network (GCRN) is proud to announce the return of its most iconic event: the Top 100 Animated Series Countdown, celebrating 15 years since the original 2011 countdown.

Launching April 1, 2026, this six-episode series will reveal the definitive list of the greatest animated series, blending nostalgia with modern fan participation.

“Our original countdown was one of the most talked-about projects in GCRN history,” said Steve “Megatron” Phillips, co-founder of GCRN. “This year, we’re combining that legacy with new interactive elements to create the most engaging countdown we’ve ever done.”

• Fan Voting: Fans vote online, choosing at least 25 shows from a pool of 250.
• Voice Submissions: Listeners can record clips directly from their phone or browser — no app required. Voice submissions will go into the program each episode through the wrap-up.
• Fan Top 25 Reveal: Results will be revealed in the June 1 Wrap-Up Special.
